Create Your Money Making Website In 5 Easy Steps

A website is a great place to journal your thoughts but it's even better for creating a platform to create massive passive income. On your website you can sell your services, your products, your e-book, your e-zine, your video, your teleclass, your webinar, you can earn money with affiliate links... and that's just the beginning. But first you need a website.

Step 1: Go to www.blogger.com. Click on Create Blog.

Step 2: Pick a name for your website and make sure it's available. You can go to www.godaddy.com to purchase the url if you choose, you may even want to check go daddy first to see if it's available.

Step 3: Click customize in the upper right hand corner. This is the place where you can edit the features on your website. You can also get here from clicking on "Dashboard" and then clicking on "Settings" From here, click on "add a gadget".
Look as all your fabulous options! Now click on Ad Sense.

What is Ad Sense? Ad sense is the advertisements that other people pay Google for, and Google puts it on your website and pays you when someone clicks it. Sounds good, huh? Well, don't expect to pay for your kids orthodontia with the pennies you'll get, but you can make a good paycheck with ad sense if you know the scoop. I'll be sharing tips here and there to assist you. Please note, it is against Google policy to click the ads on your own site, you can even get kicked off, so don't do it.

Step 4: Here you will be getting choices as to how your adds will look. You don't want your ads to look like ads because your visitors won't click on them. You want them to look like part of your text. You also don't want to hide them in corners where your visitors won't see them to click them. Don't use the default settings, start by choosing the large rectangle 336x280 or the leaderboard 728x90 which works best at the top of the page beneath the navigation bar. You can use 1/2 banners 234x60 in the middle of your page or at the bottom of your blog entries.

Remember you want it to blend it. So choose no border, black text on white background or whatever color your website background is.

Step 5: Write, Write, Write. You want people to get value from visiting your website so make it worth their while.

Have fun by playing around with it. You can't do anything wrong, that's why they have edit everywhere. Let me know when you create your website so I can be one of your first visitors.
