Create Your Money Making Website In 5 Easy Steps

A website is a great place to journal your thoughts but it's even better for creating a platform to create massive passive income. On your website you can sell your services, your products, your e-book, your e-zine, your video, your teleclass, your webinar, you can earn money with affiliate links... and that's just the beginning. But first you need a website.

Step 1: Go to www.blogger.com. Click on Create Blog.

Step 2: Pick a name for your website and make sure it's available. You can go to www.godaddy.com to purchase the url if you choose, you may even want to check go daddy first to see if it's available.

Step 3: Click customize in the upper right hand corner. This is the place where you can edit the features on your website. You can also get here from clicking on "Dashboard" and then clicking on "Settings" From here, click on "add a gadget".
Look as all your fabulous options! Now click on Ad Sense.

What is Ad Sense? Ad sense is the advertisements that other people pay Google for, and Google puts it on your website and pays you when someone clicks it. Sounds good, huh? Well, don't expect to pay for your kids orthodontia with the pennies you'll get, but you can make a good paycheck with ad sense if you know the scoop. I'll be sharing tips here and there to assist you. Please note, it is against Google policy to click the ads on your own site, you can even get kicked off, so don't do it.

Step 4: Here you will be getting choices as to how your adds will look. You don't want your ads to look like ads because your visitors won't click on them. You want them to look like part of your text. You also don't want to hide them in corners where your visitors won't see them to click them. Don't use the default settings, start by choosing the large rectangle 336x280 or the leaderboard 728x90 which works best at the top of the page beneath the navigation bar. You can use 1/2 banners 234x60 in the middle of your page or at the bottom of your blog entries.

Remember you want it to blend it. So choose no border, black text on white background or whatever color your website background is.

Step 5: Write, Write, Write. You want people to get value from visiting your website so make it worth their while.

Have fun by playing around with it. You can't do anything wrong, that's why they have edit everywhere. Let me know when you create your website so I can be one of your first visitors.

To Tithe is to trust

Tithe-ing is a foreign concept to me. As you can see, I don't even know how to add a suffix to it. In fact, I always thought it was a christian concept. Boy, did my Rabbi correct me quickly on that one! In the book of Genesis Abraham tithed. According to my rabbi, jews tithe. I never even thought to do it until I read Edwene Gaines' book of the 4 laws of spiritual prosperity. Her southern accent and deep faith drew me in. Her first law on tithing (titheing?) was hard to swallow, she even admits it. We can barely budget for 5%, 10% seems outrageous, embarrasing and irresponsible. But I'm the first one in line to get closer to God and I'm more than ready to have some prosperity in my life. She says to tithe where you get your spiritual food. I thought of a few places right off the bat. Edwene's grandfather used to say, "If you have to eat a frog, don't look at it too long, it won't get any prettier. And if you have to eat more than one, eat the biggest first." So I ate the frog and wrote the first check to my friend who introduced the book to me. She was so touched, it made it more than worthwhile.

A few weeks later after tithing a few times, I ran out of ideas where I've gotten my spiritual food. So I said, "God, I can not think of one more place to send my tithe and I get my paycheck in 2 days, please send me some spiritual food". I had a haircut scheduled that evening which I was late for, again. My hairdresser, who has been cutting my hair for years, forgave me. Again. She started talking about the class she is taking in A Course In Miracles, and the teachings of Esther Hicks/Abraham. I was floored. I had known this women for years and she never once shared this information. This information being the very places that I get spiritual food and had recently tithed to. Needless to say, God answered my prayers and quickly, I might add. By the time I left her with her payment for my haircut plus the tithe we were both crying. There might be something to this after all.

Get This Party Started

We all have great ideas. But how often do we actually follow through on our ideas?
This site is for supporting each other on the action steps it takes to follow through on our great ideas. I'm a chiropractic kinesiologist and I want people to know who I am and what I do. Ways I have gotten into action is by taking courses through Landmark Education, an international training and development company, and Peak Potentials Training, one of the fastest growing business and personal success training companies in North America. From these courses I have put several teams around me to support me in all the various things I want to accomplish. I have my home team consisting of my husband and kids, our purpose is to raise each other to be the best people we know. This means we spend time as a family, listen intently to each other and share our hopes and dreams for this moment and in the future. I have my Landmark team, a group of people that hold me to my word. I have my Wealth In Action Team who always see me bigger than I see myself. And I have my MasterMind team who keep me on task. What ideas do you have that could use some action steps to get started? What teams do you want or desire around you to help make things happen? Let's be in action together.
